Nicholas has spent his career working and advocating to support young people of historically oppressed communities. He was a high school social studies teacher in San Francisco and a senior program manager in the NYC Mayor's Office of Community Mental Health. Nicholas received his Masters in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University.
