Graduation Season 2023

Inspiring Futures participated in Highbridge Family Wellness Day, which was a great time for our educational specialists to connect with youth and families, and share resources.

Inspiring Futures had the privilege of partnering with Poetic Black Gurl LLC to facilitate a training on resiliency at the Women's Conference.

We offer trainings for staff, caregivers, administrators, and youth. Our dynamic trainings are about mental health, child welfare, trauma, and education, with the goal of building capacity and supportive networks.

🌼🌸 We sat down with one of our high school Graduates, Dashawna B. for an interview 🌺🌸: What are your plans after graduation? I plan to attend city college for multimedia and electronic design and find a part time job as well. What do you think was the most influential factor that helped you graduate? "My personal drive to get stuff done." What is a piece of advice you would give other students in their academic journey? "Remember the deadlines and get it done. We are not always going to like everything we do, but the things that we need to do, we just do them. Don't dwell on how stressful it can be. Just do it."

Inspiring Futures is excited to have been granted 501C3 status: EIN 92-2460863 and is so grateful to Mosholu Montefiore Community Center for being a fiscal sponsor up until this point.
